We The People - Unit 5 - Question 1 Speech 2013-2014
This speech was written by me for the We The People competition. The speech was prepared to answer questions asked by the judges of the competition. To write this speech I had to increase my knowledge of the Constitution of the United States and The Bill of Rights. Before I had obtained the information for this speech, I knew very little about what the Constitution actually said about my rights as a U.S. Citizen. I am now more informed and prepared to consider issues that are current.

Eva Hesse Presentation
In AP Art History, a project was assigned where we had to research an influential female artist and present about her to the class. I was assigned Eva Hesse. I had no knowledge of her Minimalist artistic style. Through research and thought, I came to accept and respect this Minimalist style. Many people don't quite see the significance of works such as these and many times I am the same. But as I became more aware of what Eva Hesse and her contemporaries did, I am more aware of possible hidden values. The artwork might seem unremarkable, but sometimes that is the point.
