Effective Communication:
Literacy Narrative 2013-2014
This narrative was written in the Writing 1010 class I attended. I had to tell a story of how I grew or changed as a person. I wanted to try something I had never done before. I wanted to make this narrative as creative as I could as well as achieve good quality. Normally my essays are not very personal, but in this narrative I described a very important event in my life and my thoughts surrounding it. I received good marks from my Professor, and fellow students, for effectively communicating this event through writing.

Inter-mountain Junior Science and Humanities Symposium Presentation 2011-2012
I made this presentation for IJSHS. I had been qualified for the highest level of competition at the Symposium which was an oral presentation aided by this presentation. I had to present my research with a very large projector screen to qualified judges in a large room. I was very nervous during my presentation but the amount and depth of the questions that I received from the judges indicated that I had effectively presented possibly significant research.
